    GTG Millitary Press 5,5,5 l/r every 3 hours during the day with a purple JumpStretch band

    Workout:
    Freestyle met-con session using 75# sandbag, jump rope, heavy bag, running, push-ups, pull-ups, and sit-ups.

    20:30 of continuous effort. Completely gassed by the end.
