    Max effort Sqaut day:

    COLD DB benchpress(perform 4sets of 15 reps with 70lbs max 90sec rest)

    FRONT SQUAT: 1x 255lbs deep: 1X 285lbs little shy of how deep I needed to go.

    Went to school yard for KBS
    SOS mobility & stretch form Brett Jones Video
    1) 2-24KG for double swings inside the legs(3 sets of 6-10reps)
    2) 3-sets of arm bar for each arm W 24lbs (little too much at this time)
    3)TGU for alternating reps of 4 for each ...
