Everyday: Jump rope 5-8 minutes. Pull-ups- 5 sets to just before failure

Mon, Wed, Fri: 12 Minutes each of the following, 90 seconds work, 30 seconds rest
1. Swings
2. High Pulls
3. Snatches
Swiss ball crunches, hanging leg lifts, crush curls, push press, rows

Tues, Thur: GTG pistols and OAP. Light running, soccer practice


Grip work: 1 day per week- CoC 1 and 2, Ivanko, pinching- 15 sets total (different combinations, no set rules)
1 day per week- Wrist rollers, sledgehammer rotations, wrist curls
