    weighed in at 151 lbs at pt's office. (lost 22 lbs from high of 173 May 4, 2005)
    boot cast adjusted plantar flexion (angle of foot) from 30 degrees to 25 degrees.

    bench press with dumbbells 3x5 20 pounds each hand

    joint mobility exercies learned at mahler/maxwell seminar
    all seated for head,neck, chest, shoulders, elbows, wrists fingers.
    can balance on my right leg to balance to do a couple leg balance exercises.

    seated military press 3x5 lr 18 lb bell
    seated bent over row, 3x5 lr 26 lb bell
    pushups on my knees with assistance from my neighbor to get down on the floor 2x10
    slow and controlled situps 2x10 4 seconds up 4 seconds down
    russian twists ...

    met with Physical therapist today. my ability to move around is very positive to him as it was not expected and is confident, by begining of November I will be out of the cast and will start the real recovery workouts. I also brought in my 12 kg bell and told the man, no dumbbells...we use this and if I need another one will get another one.

    signed up for swimming lessons starting in November, don't know how to swim.
