    *I was tired and not really into it today. I need more sleep. My arms felt sloppy during the snatches too. I need to do the warmup regularly. I'll start tomorrow.

    *I felt strong today. 4 rungs on the first 3 ladders. I almost went for 4 on 4, but decided to wait and be patient. I am going to shoot for 5x(1,2,3,4) next monday. My swings felt strong as well. However, I am going to try for sets of 25-30 just to get more variety into it.
