    I am much, much weaker than I remember. And I don't think it's just the lack of sleep.

    With the 24kg bells:
    Renegade rows (3x5)
    C&P (7x1)
    Double front squats (3x3)
    walking plank for about 1 minute

    VO2 15:15. 24 sets at 7 reps per set. 168 reps total in 12 minutes.

    Did not puke, although I considered it briefly.

    Took it relatively easy today because I wanted to get some work in with the 24kg. It's been too long. So, I did three supersets of:

    double front squats
    military presses
    renegade rows.

    Don't get hung up on the numbers. They're pathetic.

  4. training March 31 (misc), April 1 (V02 15:15)

    March 31 - training time was pressed today, so I did a mish-mash of stuff: a few halos, figure-8s, windmills with the 16kg, and a few C&P singles with the 24kg.

    April 1 - First day of the 15:15. Got 20 sets at the 7-rep cadence (Total: 140 snatches in 10 minutes)

    Can already tell this is going to be murder on my hands. Will need to figure out how to wrap them soon.

    After my last attempt at the cMVO2, figured that maybe I'd just had an off day and should give it another go. It paid off. Today I hit 25 reps in the final minute.

    15:15, here I come.
