    [FONT=Comic Sans MS]Last night was 5 min TGU with the 24kg. [/FONT]
    [FONT=Comic Sans MS][/FONT]
    [FONT=Comic Sans MS]Then 20 min. of swings with 35.8kg. Made it to 350 by doing 25 reps per min for first 6 min, then 20, then 15. [/FONT]
