TGU's 24kg 6 min
12kg snatches - 1 rep every 6 seconds locked arm rest for 3 min each side
20kg snatches 6x5 each side
44kg 2 handed swings 6 min as many as I could do->130 I know I can do more than that!!

My grip was toast after the light snatches with "long" rest periods and I insisted on doing an extra set of heavy snatches with the 20kg. My fingers just wouldn't hold on to the 44kg.

Even with that work load I still had enough energy to take Daisy on a 15 min jog.
