    Swing test.

    After working on the house all day I finally got around to doing my swing test in the evening:

    Warm up with wife:
    Halos, chinese wall squats, pumps

    One-hand swings: 16 kg, 45/15, 13 minutes: 288 reps.

    Deadlift 25m packages of copper pipe: Wiggly fun.

    32kg C&P singles throughout the day.

    Variety day.

    Yea right.

    During the day:

    C&P singles 32 kg. 3x1 in total


    Halos, chinese wall squats, pumps

    C&P 24 kg sets 5x5
    Negative pullups 3x2

    TGU 24 kg 3x1
    One-handed swings 2x10 LA / 2x10 RA

    Temperature: 32°C and humid.

    A few 24 kg windmills in the morning to wake up my back.

    8 kg kb + 32 kg kb arrived. New UPS guy unphased by the weight. Respect.

    A few swings in the afternoon. Working with on swings with wife.

    A few bottoms-up presses with wife's 8 kg KB.
    Fewer bottoms-up presses with the 16 kg KB.

    32 kg KB arrived.

    A few C&P singles.

    Love the 32 kg kettlebell: It feels properly heavy. Something to work towards. ...

    Desperately-need-to-get-off-my-ass day:


    One-legged squats 24 kg / 40 kg 2x2
    Squats 24 kg 4

    Halos, Chinese Wall Squats, Pumps
    One-Hand swings 16 kg roughly 45/15 256 reps, 13 minutes.

    My goal for either the 3rd or the 5th of August: 300 swings in 12 - 13 minutes.
