Floor/Rack press Close grip: (9-in ROM)185x3x2, (6-in ROM) 185x5, 205x5, 225x5, 205x5x8
Standing calf raise: 95x10x7
Chin-up: +20x5x2, +0x5x1

Bottom hole is about a 9-in ROM, next to bottom is 3 inches less. Curiously this is about the same weight I can do in an overhead lockout with similar ranges. Triceps striated and upper body in general looking pumped afterward. Grip was with index fingers touching smooth of bar. Did one set somewhere in the middle with a curl grip, that is wide with palms facing. Weight was much easier! Close pronated grip is much harder.

Calf raise form slipped on first rep of 8th set so I called it a day.

Chins felt really good. Strong on first set and almost as strong on the second with this relatively light weight. Just adding a set with less weight here and there throughout the cycle, depending on how I feel that day. I went a little hard on the presses tonight so didn't have enough left to attack chins too aggressively. Just want to keep my elbows healthy this time around!
