Floor press: 135x5, 165x3, 170x3*, 175x3, 185x3, 195x1 (hard, stalled), 175x3x2
Box squat: 135x3, 155x2, 175x1, 185x1, 195x3, 205x3, 185x3x3, 155x5

*(forgot to load a 5 on the right!!! Stupid!)

Everything felt good. Yesterday's limited range heavies on the press seemed to have woken something up. 185 felt like nothing for a triple. I believe that's more than I've ever done on the real floor press. Squats also surprised happily with 205x3 off the box which was much easier than the first time I attempted 205x3 at the end of last month. Form better than ever. Bar traveling straight up with no English from the back on the break from the box. The 3x3 with 185 was a bit challenging by the end.

This is shaping up to be a high volume, high frequency routine w/ a press every day and squat 3x/week. Still trying to figure out how to include chins and pulls, but it's looking like it could be alternating these two on the non-squat days. Overheads this cycle are lockouts once per week on a press day. My posture and shoulders like! Speaking of shoulders, mine feel uncommonly good; the floor press usually bothers them a bit. Form must be improving. Residual tension from rack/floor yesterday, too?
