Box Squat: 135x3, 145x3, 155x3, 165x3, 175x3, 155x3x3, 135x3
Floor press: 135x3, 155x3, 175x1, 135x3, 155x3, 135x3
Sumo deadlift: 225x3, 255x3, 275x3

Sumo done with something very similar to box squat stance, toes angled out just a couple degrees more though. Felt really good. Solid. I will be happy to be doing these twice a week!

You couldn't have paid me to match my last session of floors. 175 was hard and I knew I couldn't do it another time. Last session I got 185x3! That's fine. I need light days!

BxSQ was very cool. I moved the bar quickly. Sort of using my light day as a chance to be a bit dynamic.

Box Squat (light, fast), floor press, Sumo (medium)
Box Squat (heavy, max), floor press
Box Squat (medium, volume), floor press, Sumo (light, fast)
