Accidentally did 175 for 5 instead of 2-3 because I just had 54321 on the brain all day. Otherwise sets good with a full pause at the bottom. 1RM (no bounce) right now is about 270-280 so today's weights were a good approximation of 65%, 75%, 85% and 90%.

Sumos were way too close to 1RM and just as with the chins, I need to lower the weight. Starting over with 335 next time instead of the 415 I used today.

GMs went well, all reps to parallel and with good pause. Easier to feel left hamstrings, but got the right side to work.

Here's the progression as I add weight and run through the RS&R in this order: 3,1,4,7,6,5,2.

Knees held up great. Wore the large Rehbands which are a little loose on me. Baker's cyst+scar tissue still causing that slide-and-pop in the right knee.
