Training Log: October 10th, 2008

DB Row, l/r 85x5/5, 90x5/5

Showed up in work clothes because I had to. Wrenched right shoulder somehow on 5-rep set. Still hurts, but managed to get through all sets with ease. Right now I could probably get 160-200 without coming too close to failure, but definitely not the 170-210. I'd better be stronger in a couple weeks.

Threw in the rows to get some lat work that didn't tax my already strained chin-up ability. I think I should add some arm bars or bent presses for shoulder health, however.
