SQ 235 x7 x5

First set felt awkward. Had warmed up with bar and 135 for triples, did straight-leg snatch/ behind the head press and overhead squat combo. Set two and three very good. End of set four hips rose a little fast. Feeling very strong overall. Smolov effects are manifesting.

PM II
BP 160x5, 170x4, 180x3, 190x2, 200x1
DBR 95x5, 85x5x3, 80x5

Very good bench session. Put off till a couple hours after squats because I woke up so late this morning and couldn't do them then. 190x2 was hard, but the doubles are usually the worst for me. 200x1 felt light (as it should). Right triceps didn't hurt at all during sets.

Strong DBRs.

SQ 425, BP 245, Sumo 585 by birthday?? (2.5xbw SQ, 1.5xbw BP, 3.5xbw Sumo)
