Training Log: November 14th, 2008

Form was mostly good, but halfway through sets I tend to have to "hike" the bar up a little as I ascend to get it back into a solid position. Felt more solid into the long session than I ever have, though. Losing the bounce at the bottom as I'm just racing fatigue and started feeling the effects of mild overtraining yesterday.

Warmed up with straight-legged snatch/ bnh press/ oh squat combo for three reps, then 135 and 225.
