    Chin up: +0x3, +25x5, +10x5, +0x5x4 (first rep of set five was weak so I aborted the set).
    Standing Calf Raise from flat: 105x10x5

    Sadly, my knee exploded on me a bit last night. Popping a bit in the morning in the front and the back was tender a few times today. The brace might have been exacerbating this. Not sure. Feeling pretty good tonight, but have to be careful with the free squats. I'd been pain-free for so long that I forgot that.

    Sumo: 225x3, 275x3, 295x3*, 295x3

    Box squats all felt very light.
    Nearly killed myself by failing on the FP w/ 190 for a third. Really need to pick up a stack of rubber squares at Home Depot. Looks like I'm not going to get past 185x3 this cycle.
    Used a straight grip on sumo, but it gave out on the third rep with 295. Didn't want to drop ...

    Hips starting to feel it, but nothing like the cramping pain I had before. No more "speed" pulls. Every time I do these I hurt something. Tried to do first set fast and pulled something in my left neck/trap. Other sets done crisply, but tightly. Iced neck, then hot soaking bath, then hot shower, then Blu Emu. Hope this ...
