    Long lay off. Right knee still not completely healed. Training in two knee braces. Rotating Bear/Pins, PTTP, GTG and 5x5. Main moves: box squat, rack deadlift, sumo deadlift, standing calf raises, floor press, unilateral overhead press, chin ups.

    Box Squat to 14" box (below parallel, 33" inseam at 5'10"), medium stance, toes pointed diagonally. Wide stance, toes straight requires too much lateral pressure on knees and makes right knee capsule tender ...
