24 kg girya
10 wall squats
0 get-ups, but I cheated and used both arms to extend the girya. I put the girya in my left, locked out the elbow and kept it up there as long as I could in order to strengthen the shoulder. Repeated with right arm.
10 leg passes
20 one-handed swings (10 per side)
in order to fix left-handed cleans, I re-read ETK on cleans and decided to work on left-handed racks. I got the girya into the left rack and just kept it there as long as possible. The left wrist seems to be a little weak and therefore the weak link.
1 right-handed clean & press
