Issues: I am doing something wrong with my left-handed cleans. As of this writing my left forearm is sore to the touch and there is a slight red contusion from girya-contact. I have improved; when I first started I always banged my left forearm....

0 get-ups, but I cheated and used both arms to extend the girya. I put the girya in my left, locked out the elbow and kept it up there as long as I could in order to strengthen the shoulder. Repeated with right arm.
