Today's workout was pretty good. The sumo deadlifts were pretty much crap.

Deadlift= 5X135x3
Sumo Deadlift= 4X135 (Not sure what happened. Just kinda...stopped working.)
Weighted dips= 5X90, 5X70, 5X45
Side Press= 5X45,5X45,5X45 (Except I could only do 4 on the left arm)
Bench Press= 5X135, 5X125, 5X115
Pullups= 5, 5, 4
Halo= 3 sets of 35lbs db
Barbell curls= 5X45


Maybe I should do less exercises? Idk.
