Pullups 3x15lbs, 2x15lbs, 1x15lbs, 1x20lbs
Benchpress 5X145lbs, 5X140 lbs, 5X135lbs (Should add more weight...too easy, even on starting set.)
1 arm swings 3X10/35lb db per arm
1 arm snatches 3X10/35lb db per arm
Weighted dips 5X45lbs, 5X35lbs, 5X25lbs

This workout felt better, for some reason. Just the little bit of swings and snatches kicked my ass. I can already tell a real KB is gonna destroy me.
