This is my KB Workout

Jump rope - 2x5 mins varrying speeds.

Weighted Pullups Ladder = 10kg 1,2,3. 1,2. 1. 5kg 1,2,3,4. 1,2,3. 1,2. 1.

Military Press - 24kg 1x3 (each arm), then 16kg 3x5 (each arm)

Pistols (BW - negatives) 6x3

Windmill - 16kg 4x4 (each arm)

Snatch - 16kg 3x5 (each arm)

Swing - 16kg 20reps , 15reps, 12reps. (each arm)

All exercises are done with approximate 1 minute rest periods.
