    8 minute GS set - 62L/62R. Lower back, butt and hams fatigued from the Diane WOD this morning. Kept the pace slow; the little right hand tear from Jan 20 did not reopen. I'm surprised it didn't tear as I forgot to tape it

    8 minute GS set - hand switch at 4 minutes. 63R/70L.

    Grip felt fine, but I did manage to raise and tear a small blister near but not under the middle finger callous on right hand. I was feeling good and stupidly decided to see what kind of pace I could set and maintain with the right hand. I was holding a 20/minute pace until I felt the "tug and tear" sensation of a skin rip...I spent most of the last minute holding the bell overhead to complete the full eight minutes. ...

    7:30 minute GS set - 61L/66R. Hands and grip good, lower back feeling a little tight (probably due to sitting and stressing so much at work these days).

    5x90 second handstand holds during work.

    7:30 GS set - 60L/65R - conditioning in excellent shape, hands and grip good. Lower back feeling sore and tight.

    7 minutes with hand switch at 3:30 - 55L/56R.

    Better than I expected after 14 rounds of this morning's WOD of 12 65# thrusters and 10 pullups. Grip was tired and close to giving out; overall conditioning no problem.
