New to the site.Thought I would post workouts and check out other peoples workouts also.Light night.Kettlebell presses 5 sets of 1,2reps 24kg,with wide grip pullups behind neck.Snatches 50reps 24kg,sumo deadlifts 32kg and 28kg 3x20.Just started efx pro creatine tonight and felt stronger than normal.I will test it for a while and see how well it works.

B.U.P.7 singles 20kg.Long push press 3 ladders of 1,2. 32kg.with 8 steps between reps with kettlebell locked out overhead.Thumbless reverse grip pullups,25.
