New to the site.Thought I would post workouts and check out other peoples workouts also.Light night.Kettlebell presses 5 sets of 1,2reps 24kg,with wide grip pullups behind neck.Snatches 50reps 24kg,sumo deadlifts 32kg and 28kg 3x20.Just started efx pro creatine tonight and felt stronger than normal.I will test it for a while and see how well it works.

Kettlebell presses 4 singles,1 ladder of 1,2.28kg.Snatch 20kgx200.Dropped from 24kg to 20kg tonight just to mix it up a bit.
