Training is very solid.
I have been working with some GS style snatching and jerks. Its not as hard as these guys tell themselves. A lot of form and technical work is required. Eric and Alexander have been a big help with trouble shooting my snatch technique.
Moving in to the new building has taken up a lot of time. But now things are back on track. Business is expanding very quickly. I am going to have to locate and hire an additional trainer by May to lighten the load.
grip strength is improving all the time. My finger lift is almost up to 300, and i will lift over 400 by the end of the year. Stanly lifted 710 after 5 years of training, I think I can beat him to 750 by 2013.
New videos are always going up on both blogs. Drop in and say hey
