The workouts for these two days were simply the same as Monday's workout. I'm noticing a difference in the size of my legs and my abs. Also I was able to press the 32kg bell 5 times with my right arm and 4 times with my left without any re-clean.
That is way stronger than I've ever been with the press. I'm interested to see the front squat carry over to my deadlift and press cycle coming up next. I think it will be a three day a week affair with sets of 3 in the deadlift.
