    3/3 x10 w/32kg.
    Vo2 max workout- 20kg,15/15, 8reps,
    16 rounds=128x. 4min on/4min off

    Clubbell double pendulum to order 5x10w/25lbs.

    15/15, 50 rounds, 8reps,= 400x
    12:30on/12:30off.
    The eight rep sets are real challenging to keep in the fifteen second time parameter but i am getting better with it every time i do this workout.

    5x10 on the minute.
    Get Up practice-5x naked,2x10kg.
    One arm swings
    10/10 x10 w/16kg on the minute.

    Slacked off a bit on posting.
    Dealing with my foot injury.It's about 60%better now with no highland games practice.
    Today's training Vo2max w/20kg,60rounds-8reps- 480x,15min on/15min off.
    These were tough today and not"owned"as Rif would say.
    Can get 40 to 50 rounds consistantly.
