Bottoms up press,
3x16kg,3x20kg,2x24kg,1x28kg-right only.
Double KB swings,w/24kgs
5x10 on the minute.
Get Up practice-5x naked,2x10kg.
One arm swings
10/10 x10 w/16kg on the minute.
