    Rested 3-6 min between sets

    1 arm Jerks (hold lockout for 2-3 sec each)

    1 arm Swing x 1 + 1 arm Clean x 2 + 1 arm Push/Press x 1 L/R

    Around the Body Pass: 125lb x 12/12 x 1

    2 man throw and catch (face each other, stand about 8-10 ft apart and throw and catch from the outside of the body):

    1 arm Swings (used gymnastic grips):
    64kg x 30/30 x 1 (1:45)
    56kg x 40/40 x 1 (2:08)
    45kg x 45/45 x 1 (2:25) (fat handle doesn't work well with the grips)
    4-5 min between each sete
    *forearms toasted; grips spare hands, but put extra on forearms; system and CV fatigue not bad, rest was needed to let blood back in lower arms
