    Log update
    Moved to Ft. Collins, CO about a month ago. Started training with my KB's again. I have been working with them on and off for quite a while. I am going to try and stay focused on sticking to a routine.

    Started following the Enter the Kettlebell routine. Currently on three weeks of steady workouts and have gain 4 lbs and have been feeling great. I am up to 144 lbs now, haven't weighed that much in over a year. When I started back in June of 2007 I was at 135. ...

    2 sets - 5 reps Mil. Press
    2 sets - Bomber Push Ups

    20 - 2 hand swings
    3 sets - 10 reps Snatches ea. arm
    2 sets - 5 reps C&J ea. arm
    2 sets - 5 reps 1/2 Pistols

    Feeling much stronger all ready. I feel the training is going well.

  4. Training Log: April 6th, 2007

    PM Training
    Started off with some core strength exercises per TNW, it's harder than it looks.
    Next, did some push ups, went down on elbows between each rep - more core work.
    Then, Mil. Press 2 sets of 5, ea. arm. Had to use jerk on last set to get KB up, very slow on down.

    Ended with 20 - 2 arm swings to get the heart pumping.

    I've been working on doing a full pistol a little bit each day. I can already tell I am getting stronger at this exercise. ...

    15 2-hand swings
    10 Cleans ea. arm
    10 Snatches ea. arm
    15 2 hand swings

    Fighting a bit of a cold not feeling it tonight.

    Pistols really worked my legs well. Can't wait to do more.
