    Wow...being sick really took it out of me. I didn't have much strength today, but I said "Screw that noise!!!" and got to work. After all, kettlebells aren't for sissies

    3x5 - Windmills (72)

    I was feeling like crap yesterday evening, to the point of having a very high fever and staring at a wall and being entertained. Needless to say I didn't work last night I felt much better today, but not quite 100%, so I took it easy. Last thing I need to do is get sicker. Here's what I did:

    1) Superjoints Warm-ups
    2) 2x10 Two Handed Swings with Beast
    3) 2x10 Deadlifts with Beast
    4)2x5 Alternating with the Evil Wheel and Russian Full ...
