Wow...being sick really took it out of me. I didn't have much strength today, but I said "Screw that noise!!!" and got to work. After all, kettlebells aren't for sissies

Superjoints Warm-up

3x10 - Two-handed Swings (106)

5, 4, 3, 2, 1 (each arm) - One arm Snatches (72)

3x5 - Windmills (72)

1x5 - Bent Press (72)

3x5 (each) - Alternated Evil Wheel (from knees) and Russian Full Contact Twist w/45# plate.

1x5 - 10 second Hindu Push-ups

1x1 minute - Backbridge on Head

Relax Into Stretch, targeting abs, hamstrings, and hip flexors.
