4 Rounds of the following Circuit:

    5 LCC&P @ 2/24kg
    5 Renegade Rows @ 2/24kg
    5 Front Squats @ 2/24kg

Done in around 16 minutes. Not a blazing pace, but the weight didn't feel too bad given that I haven't been doing any amount of volume on presses, rows or squats lately. LCC&P were easy.

50L/50R Swings @ 24kg. Decided to stick with one set. Mentally, high rep stuff just didn't feel right tonight. GS Training tomorrow.

    10 Minute Snatch Set @ 16kg 80L/68?R

I lost count on the right. I also had to set the bell down for 10 seconds at the 8:30 mark to pull down a callous that was aggravating me. The 5 minutes on the left was easy..I'm going to keep a slow 16rpm pace until the right side catches up...Hopefully it will happen this week.

I felt surprisingly good after the set given that I'm very tired (lack of sleep) Even though I had to set the bell down briefly ...

    Garage 40 something this morning.

    7:40 Snatch Set @ 16kg 64L/61R

Not a great set. The bell was painfully cold and my hands/callouses senstive. I could have pushed it over 70 on each side, but decided to back off a tad.

    2X35L/35R Swings @ 32kg. These were a killer too...Completed in 5 Minutes.

    9 Minute Snatch Set 75L/70R @ 16kg

Callous started pulling and pinky still sore on the right hand. Not a bad set tho. My grip started to really go on the right, so I rested overhead for 20 seconds to make the 9 minutes.
