    Finally back at it today....

    GS Training

35L/35R Snatches @ 24kg (3:42) This may be a PR. I'll have to check the logs. I was working numbers and not duration. I was good for at least another 5 reps on each side, but knew I had more work to do.

    500M Row (2:20)

    5 minute Rest

65L/67R Snatches @ 16kg (8:00) Even though I started this set pre-fatigued, it really wasn't bad. No grip issues. Pace slow on left because of a reopened ...

    Feeling better today.

Attended my MA class for a couple of hours. We did a lot of boxing drills. Broke a sweat, but nothing too exerting. Loosened up by doing some forward and backward rolls on the mats, and some ZHealth drills.

    Back to Snatching tomorrow.

Had a brush with illness the last couple of days. Nothing major, contrast showers and such are helping.

4X3 Pullups With smallest mini band
    2X1 Dbl MP @ 2/28kg
    1X2 Dbl MP @ 2/28kg
1X1/1 MP @ 32kg (Just to see if I could still do it)
    1X4/4 MP @ 28kg

The double 28s felt heavy tonight...

The deadlifts were done with a hook grip. Very easy. I would like to do 2-3 sets of these a few times a week as long as my hands hold up with snatching.

    I'm reverting ...

    GS Training

    8 Minute Snatch Set @ 16kg (70L/74R)

    50L/50R Swings @ 24kg
    30L/30R Swings @ 24kg

I wanted to do more swings, but during the 2nd set, I realized my back, glutes and hams were not recovered from Sundays work. For once, my grip wasn't the first thing to go on these.

The snatch pace was a little slower than the last training session. I got off to a slow start, but finished with an overall 18rpm. Hands in good shape. ...
