    94 Reps with the 24kg

    Break down:

    20/20, 12/12, 10,10, 5/5

    Rested 3 minutes and did some swings:

    1X10/10 @ 32kg
    1X20/20 @ 24kg
    1X40/40 @ 16kg
    1X10/10 @ 32kg

    Rested about 1 Minute between sets, wiped out after last set.

    Have been working GTG Pole Assisted Pistols, and assisted pullups..so far 3X2.

    Was going to finish the RKC C&P ladder..but decided to do something a little different:

    2X2L/2R MP @ 32kg

    RKC C&P Ladder
    2X(1,2,3,4,5 reps) @ 24kg

    Between sets of presses, I did assisted pullups totalling 5 sets of 2-5 reps depending on the amount of assistance.

    Did GTG Assisted Pullups(6 X2)
    Did GTG Door Jam/Pole assisted pistols(5X2).

    10X7 Double Swings @ 2/32kg (Waist High)
    Rest 3 Minutes
    10X7 Double High Pulls @ 2/24kg
    Rest 3 Minutes
    Put on 20lb XVest
    10X7 Double Snatches @ 2/16kg
    Took off XVest(I was getting nauseous)
    Rest 3 Minutes
    10X7L/7R Alternating Snatches @ 2/12kg (1 count)

    Finished in 43:51

    All sets were started on or before the minute. I gradually tried to decrease the rest on each set ...

    Worked pole assisted pistols and worked on squat depth.
    2X10 Front Squats @ 2/12kg...focused on depth.
    1X4l/4R Single Leg Deadlift @ 2/12kg( worked balance)

    1X5 Janda Situps
    1X3 Janda Situps

    Took it fairly easy today. Still nursing a cold..and sore tri's from yesterdays Crossfit WOD.
