Thursday: Z health 1/2 pistols 4 each leg (Leg leg weak).
Friday: 10-10-10 swing, high pull, & snatch both sides X 2. 25 yards lockout walk and 25 yards clean walk each arm. used 40lbs bell and walked with 24kg.
Dealing workout With a deck of cards the suits equaled the following: Hearts=snatch R, Diamonds=snatch L, Spades= swing R, and Clubs=swings L
Cards at face value two cards a time face cards 11 or 12 reps. Joker 1 minute rest. two times 15 min then 10 min 2 min between.
Today: 20-20-20 one arm swings, low pull, squats each side. X 3 16kg bell
20 two hand swing X 3 30 seconds rest between 24kg bell
10 TGU each side 16kg
20 two hand swing X 3 30 seconds rest between 24kg bell
10 TGU each side 16kg
20 two hand swing X 3 30 seconds rest between 24kg bell
