My workout week:
Every morning: SuperJoints workout (the single BEST thing I have ever done!)
Monday-Wed-Friday
20-30 min EFX elipical trainer (to spare my knee)
Weight workout with IronMind Rolling Thunder handle and cables
Leg extensions/curls/calf raises
Shoulder work with dumbbells
Tues-Thurs
KB snatches, currently at 5 10rep sets using double 1pood bells
Sat-Sun
Hiking, camping, whatever I end up doing
