    After an unexpectedly long break, I finaly got back into the swing of things... I have given up on running for a time, and am unable to continue to work on forced marching. Time to hit the weights again... I have been using a workout that I read in Milo, May2004, "Life in the Loft." The article was put together by a couple of body guards that were looking to get the edge over their competition, so I thought that I would give it a try out.     Morning: Easy three mile run. Completed in ~35 minutes
    Afternoon: 5 mile hike, 35% BW in ruck, completed in 1:09:00.

    Tested my max on pull-ups, crunches, and three mile run.
    17 Pull-ups, 86 crunches in two minutes, and 20:58 for three mile run. Found a good pace on the run. Hit the turn around point at 10:30, and finished at 20:58. Made it back to the finish line in the same amount of time.

    Wow... what a good week it has been! Learning new submission fighting moves, and getting stronger and faster with my rucking speed. The TAPS routines are great, and what fun they are. I have been using the 26lb. Kbell as my weight for the weighted pullups. I plan on upgrading to the 1 pood after I can knock out 5 set @ 5 rep in any of the weighted pullup routines from the TAPS program. Here is what I have been up to all week long...
