13Sep2004 Morning: Easy three mile run. Completed in ~35 minutes Afternoon: 5 mile hike, 35% BW in ruck, completed in 1:09:00. 15Sep2004 Tested my max on pull-ups, crunches, and three mile run. 17 Pull-ups, 86 crunches in two minutes, and 20:58 for three mile run. Wow... what a good week it has been! Learning new submission fighting moves, and getting stronger and faster with my rucking speed. The TAPS routines are great, and what fun they are. I have been using the 26lb. Kbell as my weight for the weighted pullups. I plan on upgrading to the 1 pood after I can knock out 5 set @ 5 rep in any of the weighted pullup routines from the TAPS program.
