Notes: Did half-pistols so far, this is the first time this month that I have been able to do full pistols on both legs for more than one or two reps. Following a BAD case of food poisoning a few months ago, I am just now getting back my pistol strength. I like to have my ladders mirror each other. I will adjust the weight or speed on the easier exercise to get the most out of the harder exercise.
