    1)24kg x 20 two hand swings
    2)24kg x 5 snatches each

    10 rounds each...20 total

    nice workout for conditioning, without impact...good sweat, HR in the 140-160+ range...take it

    nice workout...legs felt a little fatigue, stopped at 8 rounds...got to get acclimated to HVY conditioning...good stuff though

    EVP Indoor Beach National Championships @Hot Shots

    1st effing place................
    beat Rob and Dan W in semis
    beat Bill and badger in finals...much better than two weeks ago

    training this past week was better for VB...quads feel pretty good on Sun @1015...squats, sprints, and jerks did their job...take this lesson and learn...
