T/A swings 24kg. 1 x 15
GM's 40# x 6, 55# x 5
DL's off low pin-135# x 5, 185 x 3, 205 x 4
Pullups bwt 2 x 5, 1 x 4
Dips(assist) 3 x 5(almost getting an unassisted one for two reps)
Wt. Crunches 110# 1 x 15
Wt. LR's 110# 1 x 12
-Not sure if my shoulders are ready for dips yet. Felt very achy last night after the dips.

FYI, crunches are the dumbest excercise ever invented :P. Get Bullet Proof Abs and learn some real stuff.

Dear Avilezj, Did you look at the date on this log? it's 4 years old, and my log has been moved to another site a long time ago. btw, thanks for your concerns, my nearly 60 yr. old abs are pretty good.To be honest, I don't even know how to access my old training log on this site since the changes. T
