Hm, I guess I haven't really been making use of the blog as I originally thought about Anyway, looks like I made a post in 05, back with the 'two' account which got merged. So, lesse how many chins I can go do, it'll be a nice traction for the back from slouching in this chair, meh.

6, that's sorta horrible, I really need to work on my grip or bicep or whatever endurance. I don't think it's the lats because I don't feel as much soreness. Mostly I think grip work is important here. I should go get that medicine ball between my knees, could add weight instead of reps of hangtime.
