I am going to try my pull ups again
I have been neglecting training with the intensity I would like. Time to have another go at it. I will use the supine grip and wear my furry hat to touch the ceiling with my head so I go as high as possible holding just the bar rather than rotating handles which seem to confuse things.
2 seems to be my limit and then I feel like my biceps are about to tear so I stop. I think I need to learn to recruit my back harder. I feel like if I had a bit less resistance like an assist band/machine or a lat pulldown that I could learn this and build up. I could just do curls to build stronger biceps but I think that is ignoring the central problem of using my stronger muscles.
