    I don't have any regular training right now, but I've been workintg a lot on one-arm pushups on an incline and doing pistol squats free-range (very carefully so I don't fall) with dummbells to build my strength.

    Basically ala Naked Warrior. I can't do much else until I get access to barbells at the fitness centre when I move.

    Using the tension techniques in the OAP, but not so much in the pistol, I guess it's hard to remember and I don't want to try too hard without ...
