Training Log: November 19th, 2004

just started training after a year of serious injury...yep too bad I know anyway here's what I have been doing for the past week:
mo-fri:
dumbell OHP standing 5 X 5
chins 5 X 2
hindu squats 3 x 5 ( have to be very carefull as this is where the injury was )but built up to 4 x 10 this friday so progress is going well...
clean and press one arm dumbell 5 X 5
dumbell zottman curl 3 X 5
dips 2 x 5
as i live in belgium i do not have access to kettlebells
