Trying new workout today. I got this one from Nate's Milfit website. I just can't get into the ETK stuff. The book is very informative on doing the routines correctly, but I just like Nate's simplistic approach on what is effective better.

Swings: 3x10's w/24kg (1 min rest between sets)
Cleans: 3x10's w/24kg ( 1 min rest between sets)
Snatches: 2x5's w/24kg, 2x10's w/16kg (1 min rest between sets)
OMVM pushups: 10x10's

This was a really good workout for me as it left me shaking at the end!!!
