    5 min 24kg Snatch Test, did not put the bell down

    10,10,5,5,5 R/L total 70

    I have to admit a little disapointing but now I know what my benchmark is and it will only get better from here!!! whoya.

    Pistol Test day: BW 35/35 R/L Big PR +15 ! ! ! Nice.. Did right first then left... felt like I had more in the right leg but knew that I still had the left side to go. good thing I did not go any further. My left glute and calf are tight now. Just about half way to my mark! !! I did not to to total falure but realll close.

    1HR Later 24kg Pistol 7/7 R/L Strong! Power breathing, cruching the handle! Big PR +3 !!!
