    tyre flip 260kg 5,5

    chain drag 200kg 2x18metre runs

    yoke squat 260kg 3x3

    First event session since I had wrist surgery sept08.
    Stones and even the small tyre in todays session cause wrist grief.

    1 arm kb overhead walk 1 set
    Limited to 16kg kb as only one I have at home.
